CSA Plus is a growing, multi-service company offering countertops, renovations, artistry, and cleaning services. With a strong reputation and high-quality craftsmanship already in place, CSA Plus was entering a stage where continued growth required greater operational clarity, consistency, and structure.
MTTE BLLK was engaged to help build the foundational systems and workflows needed to support scale, reduce reliance on ad-hoc processes, and create alignment across sales, operations, and leadership.
The Goal
To establish clear systems, standardized workflows, and strategic structure that would support sales operations, improve internal clarity, and position CSA Plus for sustainable growth across multiple service lines.
The Work
MTTE BLLK worked closely with CSA Plus leadership to design and implement operational foundations that could support day-to-day execution as well as future expansion.
Our work included:
Designing and implementing a centralized CRM foundation in HubSpot, including deal pipelines, stages, and custom properties
Standardizing sales, renovation, and countertop workflows through documented SOPs to support consistency and onboarding
Structuring renovation offerings into clear, curated packages to simplify client decision-making and protect margins
Supporting event strategy and execution, including renovation show planning, follow-up frameworks, and forward-looking event calendars
Providing hiring and business development support, including role positioning, candidate outreach, and interview participation
Delivering HubSpot training and enablement to support internal adoption and long-term usability
The Result
CSA Plus now operates with a centralized CRM system, standardized workflows, and documented processes that support consistency, scalability, and internal alignment. Sales and renovation operations are clearer and more structured, client experience has been streamlined through curated offerings, and the business is better positioned to onboard team members, execute events, and support continued growth across divisions.
